Maison Minaya belongs to the second category. It was born from the observation that between large impersonal structures and approximate craftsmanship, there was an empty space: that of a human-sized house, capable of combining the rigor of the best operators and the warmth of a personal gaze.
Nadia, its founder, spent 15 years leading complex organizations, building high-performing teams, and learning that quality cannot be decreed—it must be cultivated. It is this conviction that she brought to Maison Minaya.
