HOW DOES THE RESERVATION WORK?

 

When you submit a reservation request, your property is pre-reserved for 24 hours. A member of the Maison Minaya team will contact you within 2 hours during our opening hours (8:30 am - 8:00 pm), or within 24 hours outside of these hours. The reservation is confirmed only after: signing the reservation contract, accepting the general and specific terms and conditions, and paying the deposit. The amounts paid during the pre-reservation will be deducted from the total amount if the reservation is confirmed. In case of non-confirmation, they will be fully refunded within a maximum of 48 hours.

HOW DOES PAYMENT FOR MY STAY WORK?

 

Payment is made in two installments: - A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation. - The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Maison Minaya accepts payments by bank transfer and credit card via our secure payment platform.

WILL I BE REQUIRED A DEPOSIT?

 

A security deposit may be required depending on the residence. The amount is specified on each listing. It will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to a check-out inspection.

ARE THERE ANY OPTIONS FOR EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE DEPARTURE?

 

Early arrival and late departure options can be arranged depending on the residence's availability and subject to confirmation by our team. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to make your request.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

 

Cancellation conditions are defined in your booking contract. As a guide, our standard policy is as follows: - Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit minus the processing fee. - Cancellation between 30 and 60 days: 50% of the deposit retained. - Cancellation less than 30 days: deposit not refunded. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance tailored to your stay.

MAISON MINAYA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RESERVATION

 

Maison Minaya reserves the right to refuse any reservation request without having to justify its decision, particularly in the event of incompatibility with the rules of occupancy of the residence or the commitments made to the owner.
