1. Booking & Payment
How does the booking process work?
When you submit a booking request, your residence is pre-reserved for 24 hours.
A member of the Maison Minaya team will contact you:

within 2 hours during our opening hours (8:30 AM — 8:00 PM)

or within 24 hours outside these hours
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
-
signature of the contract
-
acceptance of the general and specific terms & conditions
-
payment of the deposit
Any amount paid during the pre-booking stage will be deducted from the total amount due.
If the reservation is not confirmed, all amounts paid will be fully refunded within 48 hours.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in two stages:
-
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation of the reservation
-
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before arrival
Maison Minaya accepts payments:
-
by bank transfer
-
by credit card via our secure payment platform
Will I be asked for a security deposit?
A security deposit may be required depending on the residence.
The amount is specified on each property listing.
It is refunded within 7 days after your departure, subject to the final inspection of the property.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions are defined in your booking contract.
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: refund of the deposit minus administration fees

Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit retained
-
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival: deposit non-refundable
We recommend subscribing to suitable travel cancellation insurance.
Can I modify my stay dates after confirmation?
Any date modification is subject to the availability of the residence and must be approved by our team.
Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to modify your reservation.
Modification fees may apply depending on the conditions of your contract.

Are early check-in or late check-out options available?
Early check-in or late check-out options may be arranged depending on the residence availability.
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to submit your request.
These options are subject to confirmation by our team.

Each residence is carefully prepared before your arrival with:

Linen changes are provided depending on the duration of your stay.

Each residence is personally visited and evaluated by our team before joining our portfolio.
We only select properties that meet our standards regarding:

Are pets allowed?
Pet acceptance depends on each residence.
This information is specified on every property listing.
Please contact us if you have any doubts — we will do our best to assist you.
Is smoking allowed inside the residences?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all residences.
Outdoor smoking areas may be available depending on the property.
Please comply with the instructions specified in your contract and welcome guide.
What happens in case of a technical issue during my stay?
Our team is available every day from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM to assist with any technical issue.
We work with a trusted network of service providers capable of intervening quickly when necessary.
